ToS and conditions

[I] GENERAL TERMS:1) Although it's not required, I'll appreciate the following:
- Understandable grammar.
- Common manners.
- Useful reference (the more images, the better).
- Some artistic liberty, like adapting the pose, point of view, perspective and/or composition.
- Not taking too long to respond, I can wait at least a day at max but not more than that.2) I have the option to decline if i don't feel capable of doing that specific request (ONLY before the payment).3) Please bear in mind that English is not my fist language, so i might take a bit long to type an immediate response and it could have grammar issues, if you're comfortable writing in spanish please let me know so that we can communicate better![II] PAYMENT:1) I mainly accept payment via Payoneer and by Ko-Fi donations (USD) or by MercadoPago (ARG only), but might be flexible to other methods (like paypal if necessary).2) I won't accept any Crypto-related currencies as payment.3) Payment must be upfront, otherwise any updates on the drawing won't be shown until the transfer is done.4) If the client doesn't deposit the payment a day after the first sketch is done the commission will be canceled.5) Prices may vary depending on the difficulty of the drawing, but it'll be notified to the client before the agreement is done.6) Once the payment is done and the commission has begun there won't be any refunds, unless anything external occurs that makes it impossible to continue, in that case it'll be refunded an amount equivalent of the work left.[III] PROCESS:1) There will be at least 3 points of revision in where i'll show a work in progress of the current commission (Sketch, Lineart and Full render) and could be more in between if there's any doubts about the piece.2) All clients will be provided with a link that has updated info about all current commissions and their status ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RgE--_DsdNLE7jJ7q5LEhT29Ad7qCVZdQTNl8CdG7dA/edit?usp=sharing )3) I'll do my best to deliver the final piece as soon as I'm able, so most of my works doesn't take more than a month to finish, but if you need it done by a specific date please let me know, this could include additional charges.4) If there's any external cause that might slow down the process (E.G: work, studies, health, family/personal issues, and others) all clients will be notified through dm's and a note will be left in the commission status list.5) After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.[IV] COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY1) I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.2) The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist, for example, using the drawing as a profile picture and leaving the artist's @ in the bio.3) The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.4) If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.5) Any NFT's published with my artwork is prohibited and will be reported and delisted.(Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, prior to the commission)
